Knitting Gathering in Hong Kong

I knew them from the HK blog.We are the first time to meet together. Very exciting and happy. They are very nice. The gathering has 22 peoples to join it.We will have next knitting gathering on 23 Dec 2007. How a wonderful? We are planning exchange christmas gift for everybody.It should be handmade for the gift.

The little cardigan is knitted to my neighbour's daughter.She is 3 years old and so cute. I love this pattern very much. This is the second project knitted for child. Started : 11 Oct 2007 Finished : 18 Oct 2007 Yarn : Sirdar 3 X 50 gm Needles : 4mm and 3.5 mm needles

Rusted Root 2

The Rusted Root is my second sweater.But this one is knitted for my girl friend who lived in USA.She loves that color and bought these yarn and then mailed to me. She is taller than me so she wants to knit the body of 3 inches longer.This box i'll mail on the next week.Hopefully, she happies wearing on it. The under photo is my friend gave me an idea. Araucania Socks

This is my first knitted a pair of socks.I knitted one sock before but the size is very bigger for me.So i decided try to looking for another pattern.This pattern is easy for the beginner knitter.Is mine.Actually, it turned out is not good.Finally, i can done it.But i will try my best to knit one more later.

Purple gable

This pattern is really easy to knit.Top to down Raglan.I used the ' Lang Lyra' yarn. These yarn is my friend for me as a present.It is very nice and soft and perfect to wear in summer seasons. Just finished it.Lovely baby sweater.This is a gift for my friend's daughter.She is 3 years old.They lived in Taiwan. Started : 19 Sept 2007 Finished : 26 Sept 2007 Needles : 3 1/4 mm and 4 mm needles. Yarn : Sirdar Snuggly baby bamboo 4 1/4 balls x 50 gm

Pink Lace Socks

This is my first time to knit a pair of socks.I want to knit socks for several months ago. But i'm not sure how to knit one.Finally, I have to try to learn how to knit one for me now.Hopfully, I can done it.

THUMBERLINA

I bought this book yesterday. I love every patterns in this book.All patterns for the baby girl. From 1-6 years old. I am knitting for my friend's daughter as a gift.She is 3 years old.Her monther said she loves pink color so i bought pink for her. I never knitting sweater for the baby since 25 years ago. Its funny to knit for baby because it would be faster than adult sweater.And love baby patterns are very cutie.

Finished

I finished it on yesterday night.This is my third projects knit from top to down. Its fun.It doesn't sewing front and back and both of sleeves.Just knitted together. I really love the sleeves style. I thought which size is suitable for me between extra small or small size.Finally, I decided choose small size.It looks so fit on me,right? Started : 1 Sept 2007 Finished : 8 Sept 2007 Needles : 4 mm circular needles 3.5 mm circular needles Yarn: Brown Sheep Cotton Fleece in Robin Egg Blue The color is Egg Blue but it looks like Sea Queen when i took a photo.So you can't see clear how look like in blue.

Rusted Root

I got this pattern for a few months.Now i started knitting this pattern. I love style.Knit from top to down.Its very funny. I am using Brown Sheep Yarn.I really love both of the sleeves.

Lavendar Lace Bolero

This is the pattern of the long sleeves.But i ran out of the yarns when i was knitting the first left sleeve.So i'm afraid can't finished it.I changed it to short sleeves instead.Finally, i am happy that i can finished it. Started: 3 Aug 2007 Finished: 14 Aug 2007 Yarn:Jaeger Siena 4ply 5 x 50g

Man sweater and vest

It was knitted in the last 3 years. First one is pullover sweater,the pattern is very simple.I love the yarn but i can't remember what yarn do i used. The Second one is Vest also knitted in the last 3 years. It is cable texture.I haven't knitting for a man something since the last 2 projects. Because i love to knit for myself right now.I am happy knitting to knit with and enjoying it.

Lavendar Lace Bolero

I decided only to knit the Bolero.Because i got some yarns not enough for one set. I bought these yarns on sale. Pattern is from japanese book. The color is very nice.So this project is purple color again. Lovely the texture.

BIRCH SHAWL FINISHED ON 1 AUG

This is my first time to knit the shawl. Cast on 299 sts.It is much more stitches for the shawl.So i thought how long i can finished it.Oh, finally i only take 7 days completed it. So far so good. :) Autumn seasons will be coming after summer holiday.So i decided to knitting one for me. The pattern has two version.I used stocking stitch version. Started : 26/7/2007 Finished : 1/8/2007 Yarn : Rowan Kidsilk Night in accordance 3 x 25 gm Needles : 1 pair 5mm (no 6) (US 8) needles

Birch Shawl in Progress

I started to knit on 26/7/2007. Now on 4 days.How long can i completed? Don't know yet right now.I love this project and color very much.My daughter asked me knit one more for her in different color. Of course no problem if i free.Haha.... :)

Birch Shawl

Pattern is from Rowan Knitting Magazine Number 34 I started this project on the pass 2 days.This is my first time to knit the Shawl.I have considered for a couple months if the Shawl has more stitches.Sometimes i'm lazy because i don't know how long i will be finish it. But i really like this yarn, it has sparkle.Very nice.
